When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Estimated U.S. delivery is 10–14 days after dispatch. International delivery varies by destination. If you have questions, email us at yalayalastore@gmail.com.

I am not in love with my order. Can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee only if you receive the product defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number with the returned parcel.

If your package is already on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order without penalty before it ships.

I entered an incorrect address. What should I do?

Check the address in your order-confirmation email. If it is incorrect, contact us at yalayalastore@gmail.com within 24 hours. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
